If your doc says "You're probably infertile, due to the PCOS, but unless you wanna know for sure, take BC", all is well.

If the doc said "You have PCOS. That means you're infertile", you shouldn't ever see that doctor again.

Birth control is easy to remember when it's important to you but setting a cellphone alarm is helpful too. I do it, but I generally remember to take it before the alarm goes off.

it goes both ways. set an alarm on your cell phone too, and call her every day at X time

or set up a daily SMS/email reminder

something.

I love my nuva ring. I dated a guy who ALWAYS got it caught on him and it would roll down like a cock ring (we called it the ring toss syndrome). It was pretty funny, but I usually took it out with him. The boyfriend now is quite a bit bigger and doesn't have that problem. The only thing is they are quite a bit more expensive than the pill. I know I wouldnt be able to remember to take it so its worth it to me!

Depends a lot on the girl. If I knew for certain I was never having more kids, I would be on it in a heartbeat. No periods, no cramps, no mood swings, and I even lost weight.

On the other hand I've had friends who were on it, gained 50 pounds and were miserable.
