so i guess i did the above this morning according to my doc. anyone done this? how did they fix it? shit is not so pleasant.

my sister is having surgery for this on thursday. it happened back in late june and has caused her immense pain ever since. surgery is the only way to "fix" it (although i've hear of it happening again after a surgery), but she had medicine, a chiropractor, and massages to help with the pain until very recently. good luck man
