I am looking for someone to take over my lease mid November on a 1 bed/1 bath apartment in North Raleigh off Lake Lynn. My current lease runs through June, with an option to renew. I will pay November and Decembers rent so you will not owe anything until Jan.

The rent is $692 and includes water, trash, sewer, full size washer/dryer, Renters Insurance, and standard cable. You would have to pay for electric. The apartment features a wood burning fire place, track lighting, ceiling fan in living room, and high ceilings.

I love the complex, and the neighbors have always been great. I hate to leave but have decided to move out of Raleigh to the country. The apartment is in the Regatta at Lake Lynn. It is by far the best community I have lived in.

Let me know if you are interested.

^ That's my issue. I didn't think my boyfriend was serious about buying a house.... and he was. I'd like to move in with him, but to buy out of my lease is ridiculous. But I'm not kidding about this being a good apartment. I've never had issues with noise from neighbors. It is mostly young professionals who live here. Being right next to the lake has been great.

8 months for the price of 6 comes out to $519/month btw... a lot of apartment complex's give those type's of deals as incentives...

(I'm happy where I am, just wanted to throw some logic out this morning)

Thanks, that's helpful actually.

Pretty good price when you consider all that's included (and the two months I'm willing to pay out of pocket.)

more like 1 month. Youre advertising to students who probably go back home mid december.

uh people looking for 1br's are typically graduate students/professionals who have lived long enough with roomates and call that place home... so it's actually a month and a half due to her moving out mid nov... but you loose your point
