I feel like i'm upside down? I'm sitting in my chair and I feel like i'm laying on my back, arms straight in the air, laptop facing down at me.

I don't feel like i'm spinning or anything so I don't think it's really dizziness... I get vertigo sometimes and it doesn't really feel like that yet again because I don't feel like anything is moving (except maybe a slight rotation backwards).

absolutely nothing. I took excedrin migraine a few hours ago to deal with a really bad headache.

Headache is gone (excedrin works well).. and i'm afraid if I move this feeling will go away. I kinda like it
