I'm just checking to see if anyone is interested. I won vouchers for two roundtrip tickets and due to the restrictions below, it will be difficult for me to use them. I have a minimum price at which I'll let them go - basically enough $$$ for me to buy 2 roundtrip tickets to Colorado at some point in the future.
Ticket Info:
Two(2) Vouchers good for 2 roundtrip tickets on ExperessJet's Branded Route Network - vouchers are good for up to $500 a piece - Fly out of RDU to one of these locations:
Albuquerque, NM Birmingham, AL Jacksonville, FL Kansas City, MO New Orleans, LA San Antonio, TX Louisville, KY

So let me get this straight. You have these two vouchers, which are good for tickers to absolutely nowhere worthwhile and with a time restriction to the next two months. And you expect them to sell for enough money to pay for tickets to Colorado, which is much farther away and MUCH nicer than any of the places on that list, whenever you want?
What flavor of crack are you smoking? I mean honestly . . . . New Orleans? Louisville Kentucky? 10/25/2007 3:08:28 PM |

haha exactly my problem....but tickets to CO arent too expense - less than $300 roundtrip so thats what i'm shooting for....
not that i had any hope of attaining a reasonable offer on TWW...but it took me 30 seconds to post so i thought what the heck
PS - geographically, CO is closer than NM...haha not that it matters 10/25/2007 3:19:28 PM |

you might want to mention where you "won" these
that would help 10/25/2007 3:33:58 PM |

wait...what's in it for the buyer again? i mean why wouldn't i just buy my own tickets for cheaper if you want $300 each and the time and location is restricted....there's got to be some incentive that you offer the buyer...... 10/25/2007 3:50:56 PM |

I'd actually love to do this. I could visit family for Thanksgiving in KC, or go to Albuquerque for fun... if I had gotten more advanced notice.
Oh well. 10/25/2007 4:10:32 PM |

i "won" these through my company - Durham Bulls - they were one of the prizes for donating $$ to the United Way - basically if you donated x amt you got placed in the drawing...i didn't even know about them until i got them....
its not worth it for me to give them away at a low price...if I have to - I'll just give them to my parents next week and they can take a Xmas trip with them..
not that i blame anyone for lowballing....sucky situation - causing me all kinds of aggravation 10/25/2007 5:20:32 PM |

Is it not possible to go to NM with these tix, and then hop a cheaper regional flight to CO? Sure it's a little bit extra headaches travel wise, but unless you post these on craigslist, you're gonna be lucky to get any value out of these. 10/25/2007 5:28:35 PM |

Well- concidering http://www.skybus.com will fly me to New Orleans for $75 roundtrip per person ($150 total) I think that $300 is a pretty fair offer. 10/25/2007 6:55:27 PM |
