I thought NCSU officers had round patches on their sleeves, with the belltower in them.

Also, they have gold bars with their last name on the right of their chest. This guy has a badge and a pen there, but no nameplate that I can see.

I don't think I've ever been to a party at U-house without seeing Leonard, granted I've never seen him dance like that. Once when I was playing basketball out there he made all the black guys leave because "they didn't live there." When they said something about me, he was like yeah he lives here. I didn't live there.
