its not necessarily that they can not drive it is they think they own the road. i have found this minority group unproportionally will be the one's being left lane drivers not getting over for faster traffic; but will also be the first one riding your ass in either lane even if you are in the passing lane and are forced to drive slower due to a moron in front of you.

^^meh. everybody knows that being able to hear a car horn, and scream "Fuck You!" to the other driver is mandatory these days. She probably wouldn't even think to just give them the middle finger, instead signing furiously one handed and saying, ".......oh yea, I guess she would be a bad driver. good point.

It scares me whenever I go to the DMV plate office at South Hills. They share a parking lot with a huge asian market and whenever I drive through their parking lot I have to dodge old asian women trying to back up without turning around, instead choosing to just look in their rearview mirror.
