so my roommates were out fishing the other day and found two stray cats in a parking lot. they took them back home and we fed them and gave them water and stuff and they seem to be doing great. one of my roommates has been looking for a cat for a little while now so he is going to take care of one of them, but we're looking for a responsible person to take care of the second cat. they are both litter box trained. the cat is very nice, doesn't scratch or bite or anything, and will come up and sit in your lap. he also has one green eye and one blue eye, it's pretty cool. he's a little shy though and it would be best for him to go to a house with not too much noise. I'm pretty sure they haven't been spayed or neutered, but my roommate said there is a way to get it done for around $25 if you are a student. maybe someone knows more than i do about that. anyway, if you're looking for a really nice cat and can give him a good home, we can set up a time to come see him!

If they're litter box trained, don't you think they might belong to someone?

Yeah, but they don't look really young, and usually feral cats go elsewhere, at least for a bit. But maybe these did, I don't know.

they are fairly young, we guess they're no more than 4 to 6 months old. they didn't have any sort of ID and when we brought them back to our place they were starving. they are definitely used to people though, but i'm guessing if they were someone's pets they've been abandoned or missing for a while.

My cat is straight from the woods and he's used the litter box religiously since day 1, no training required.

alright so it turns out that my roommate can no longer keep the black cat, so as of now they're both available. i know someone out there is looking for one or two really nice cats.
