I have for sale are two Scorpio Alarm Systems. I bought them awhile back for my 04 600RR and my friend's 05 GSXR 750, but I decided since then to use my 600RR as a track dedicated bike and my friend is selling his bike, which he never paid for it in the first place. These are practically brand new, never used and still in their boxes.

This is the SC-i500 system (TRS-5) with the perimeter sensor and remote ignition disable add-on's. I have two factory plug-in connector kits (03-06 CBR600 RR, 03-05 GSXR750).

I have no use for them and would like to clear up some more funds for some new photography equipment (next lens purchase is 3800 )

obo $300 a piece.

"Product info:
The all new SR-i500 is an ultra-compact 2 way FM paging security system designed specifically for the motorcycle industry.

By utilizing High Frequency FM technology, the SR-i500 transceiver is capable of sending and receiving commands from up to ½ Mile away from the motorcycle.

For its sensing mechanism, the SR-i500 utilizes a built in accelerometer that detects both impact and changes of angles with a high degree of accuracy. It allows the module to be placed in any position or mounting angle and requires no adjustments.

The SR-i500 control module also offers a built in programmable multi tone siren and to ensure durability the module is manufactured to meet OEM specs

For simple installation the SR-i500 offers optional factory style connector kits that simply plug into the motorcycle’s factory wiring harness creating a non-destructive installation. "

if you knew what you were doing, couldn't you just unplug the alarm harness and be on your way?

What to steal it? That's true to anything, but when you install it, it's usually tucked away in the bike and there's a perimeter sensor on it. My friend had this same system installed on his gsxr600 and you can set the sensitivity to be very touch or almost null. There's also a tilt sensor so any movement will also be detected.
