I swear its a conspiracy, but i've noticed tons of ppl here wanting to move to NC like its better than sliced bread. tons of people. and then some homebuilders in NC have stands at the FL shopping malls. i don't get it. i lived in NC from 96-2005 and it was not the best thing for me. it was peaceful, but not inspiring or anything.

I work with a lot of people in Florida that talk about wanting to move to NC. They usually list their reasons as missing the changing of the seasons and the fact that you can get a hell of a lot more property for your money in NC.

I lived in Florida for a while and like it here better so far. It's not as hot and not as expensive. The beaches and the Cuban restaurants in Florida are better...thats about it.
