I have two brand new Rockford Fosgate 12'' P2 4ohm DVC subs, and a brand new 1000w RMS @2ohm, 500W RMS @ 4ohm amp made by Ultralinear.

The subs retail for $150 each, and the amp retails for about $200.

I can let them go for $370, or $400 in a box and ready to pound.
