I've tried to work that logic a few years back when daylight savings time went back on my birthday but all the bartenders said the bars still close at the normal time - which would technically be 1am

most roll there clocks back at 2 am which at that point and time its then 1 am....so continue drinking. this also means an extra hours of sleep in the morning (if you go to bed before 2 am)
