It's kind of ridiculous that Angel chooses to call out only one bullshitter, when all of them are obviously fakes/actors/"illusionists"
Whatever happened to magicians like David Copperfield? He called himself an "illusionist", and made no pretenses that he had special powers of any sort. Scam artists like Uri Gellar and Criss Angel (i think) try to sell themselves as having super human powers, though.

----
i'm listening to the ^^ video now. Wow, Gellar is a giant douchebag.....

ok, i just got to the part in the video where Angel says he has never claimed to have supernatural powers. That is good to hear. I guess the only thing left for him to do is to make it clear that he is an illusionist, and he need to call out Uri too, and follow through with it

Angel only called out the bullshitter that claimed to have a supernatural connection with the dead. If you listen to his explanation in that video, it makes sense. I kinda agree wtih him, even in the format of that show.

none of the others claimed to have a supernatural power - when Jim did, Criss Angel called him out on it!

Seriously, Criss Angel might be a tool, but at least he doesn't go on his show and tell people "I am about to channel your loved one, and this person's name might begin with a vowel... or ... a consonant..." and shit like that. People who claim to have psychic powers are hacks and more mentalists should be calling these assholes out.

Nobody thinks Criss Angel isn't a douche. He's just not as douchey as guys who prey on already emotionally weakened people by "channeling" dead folks.

i watched this on the show last week....i don't really understand the premise of the show though. why are we supposed to believe that none of that stuff is set up beforehand? also, i don't know if they are on every week, but raven and that ross dude suck.

He calls out Uri Geller once during the show (when he pulls out the envelope, he tells Callahan AND Geller to guess what he has) and a few times during the interview, he says that he would/has and mentions Geller on Carson (when he got completely called out).

Regardless, I still think Criss Angel is a douchebag, but I do have some respect for him because of what he said.
