So Im looking for a girl to sublease my apartment from me. Rent is only $310 a month, electricity bill runs bout $20-30 per person and I'll take care of the cable or internet bills! Room is in a 4 bedroom, 4 bath apartment in one of the few quiet buildings of U Woods. Neighbors are amazing and roomies are extremely sweet. Apartment includes private bath, BIG closet, washer/dryer, dishwasher, very nice furniture, etc. You also have access to the pool, tanning beds, gym, pool tables and much more.
