it's pretty pathetic how they're like "WITH TWC, YOU CAN DOWNLOAD MOVIES, MUSIC, GAMES, FIND OUT TOMORROWS WEATHER" and then there's always a character like "WHOA AWESOME"


like you can't do that with any other internet.


an isp should advertise network speed/reliability and customer service, not what you can download, because that doesn't make a difference.

that being said, TWC should not advertise.

I actually threw this slogan back in the manager's face when I was talking to her on the phone one time. I told her if TWC thinks like I do, why in the hell does my cable keep going out for no fucking reason because I certainly didn't think that was a good thing. I then proceeded to tell her to pass on to her superiors and their's that they should spend less money on advertising and more on customer service. Otherwise TWC might start thinking of changing cable providers if you get my drift.
