So, basically the mouse acts like it's almost out of range or batteries low (skips/jumps around real bad, wont click right, etc) but ONLY does it when I'm doing something CPU intensive. When nothing is being done I can have it on my desk, 3ft or so away from the receiver and it works fine. If I'm, say, in the middle of compiling some code, it jumps around ONLY IF LEFT A FEW FEET FROM THE RECEIVER. If I put it right up to the receiver it still works perfectly.
Seems like it's a lack of power to the receiver to me or something like that, anybody else ever heard of this or have any ideas? It's on a fairly new desktop. I can get the specs on the power supply if needed. 11/9/2007 11:54:33 AM |

Yeah tried that... same. Also, only happens on this computer. I think I'm gonna just order her a USB bluetooth receiver and a mouse to go along with that. They work great and then she'll be able to use it on her personal computer (laptop) with built in bluetooth and not have to worry about a receiver. 11/10/2007 9:49:35 AM |
