I'm doing my MSEE right now, so what I'm looking for in a place to live has drastically changed from undergrad...

I am looking for either a room or somebody to split a 2 BR apt with close to centennial campus. I'd like to live on my own, but I don't really want to pay that much money b/c that just means more to pay off when I get done with school.

I'm definitely not interested in anything more than 5 minutes from campus, anything 3-4BR's or anybody that wants to throw parties… I study 7 days a week and believe in keeping common area's clean and believe that if you use a dish you should clean it the same day... so that when I come along and need to use something I don't have to clean up your mess.

from what I've priced a 1BR would cost $700/month to live on my own after utilities and forgoing cable... so anything < $500/month after bills is what I'm looking for...
