If I'm at work I'm just bored and putting off doing work/don't have anything to do at the moment. If I'm at home, I usually check it for a minute or two every once in a while between whatever else I'm doing, so chores, cooking, etc.

job #2: paperwork, receptionist duties, shoot the shit with whomever comes by to chat, help people too stupid to read signs, and the things from job #1
class: I've been on TWW maybe a dozen times in class this semester
