No, Jimmie caught up with and passed him in points 3 weeks ago. It's been REALLY CLOSE. It was only like 8 points the first week, 30something the next, and 86 coming into this race.

no, having your two favorite drivers being gordon/johnson and stewart/jr (prior to this year)/harvick is like being fans of the yankees/red sox, pats/colts, etc. Gordon and Johnson don't have vastly different types of fans and huge rivalries.

^^^ Bandwgoning would be me hating Jeff Gordon and my only reason being that "he is gay, oh I sooo know that he is gay because he ... well... I have nothing giving me a legit reason for him being gay, but that's what I'm sticking to no matter how rediculous I make myself look!!". And other various (stupid) responses like ^ that.
The ONLY reason people do not like him is because Jr. can't win or follow in his Daddy's footsteps. Face it, Gordon is the next Dale Earthardt when it comes to winning races, and winning so much is the ONLY thing people have against him.


I didn't realize that Hendrick cars took championships 4 years in a row from 1995-1998! That's pretty cool to know.

i never liked earnhardt or jr. (who's not even that good of a driver, just popular off of his name). matter of fact, i hated to see earnhardt win as much as i hate to see hendrick win now. but i respected earnhardt because of his attitude and i have zero respect for gordon and the entire hendrick team. he wasn't a pansy who got mad and pulled a power ranger every time somebody did something he didn't like.

and rick hendrick is nothing but a crooked car dealer anyway.
