Great car for sale... Heres the specs:

1995 Nissan Altima SE
2.4L DOHC 4 Cyl engine-
150hp
5- Speed Manual Trans.
82,350 miles
One owner
Original owners manual and Window sticker included-
Power Sunroof
Rear spoiler and Side sills
Alloy wheels
Fog lights
Power Windows & Locks
4 wheel independent suspension (sport tuned upgrade)
Power mirrors
Dual airbags
A/c
Power steering
Cruise Control
front and rear vented disc brakes
30 mpg

Recent work done:

New transmission with 53,000miles (paperwork included and 1 year warranty)
New brakes all the way around-
4 brand new tires
Fresh oil change
New performance plugs and wires
New clutch

This car is in "Excellent" Condition- It is a one owner with no accidents or issues on the carfax.... Runs like brand new- Steering is tight, engine is quite, and clutch is snappy-

The guy babied the car (saved all original paper work, maintenance records, etc) The interior is very clean... no stains, tears, or fading- After market CD player works great- HEats blows hot and a/c cold-

Definately good for another 100k with the tranny job and only 80k miles-

There is one small spot of bubbling on each wheel well- fortunately they have not broken through and it is very minimal- if someone was worried about it, certainly could be sanded and painted without any trouble-

Let me know what u think- plenty more pics available upon request.

Not sure- I would love to say that I should get $4000 out of it but I KNOW that isn't going to happen... Not on TWW anyways-

Suppose I'll start the bidding at $2000 and see where it goes...

I work for a dealership- This was a trade in that I was going to keep for myself as a personal "around town" car but decided to buy something different that came up- Now I have this car just sitting around- Title is clean and in hand.....

I'll pick up my xmas lights next weekend when I'm back in Raleigh

Why did it need a new transmission at 30,000 miles? That's doesn't seem like it makes sense to me...

it didn't need a tranny @ 30k..... The car has 80k now and just had a new tranny put in-

Long story short- It had a throwout bearing noise... Drove fine but was going to need the Throwout replaced for inspection- Going to tear it apart and replace and then I found a tranny with 53k on it for $400 and figured "shit- same amount of labor (kind of) but a brand new tranny! Why not swap it"

In other words- it didn't "need" a new tranny but for the price figured may as well change it (and clutch)

hope that clears it up (not sure where the 30k came into play)

^I think he thought you put a new transmission in at 30K miles and since has 53K miles on it.

Ah, ok, I read above and thought you meant that it got a new tranny 53,000 miles ago (which would mean it got the new one at 30,000 miles)....just misread.

Well if you get no bids and it's still at $2000 I might be interested, but I cant go higher than that

well I have already had an offer of $2k + trade from yipper.... I would probably just sell this outright for $3k if i dont't get much action despite it being worth more...

I will however consider a mix of cash and something to trade (other vehicles, bikes, electronics, anything of value)
