I hope God has a nice place for you to stay when you die. You just stole a bunch of our Christmas money (cash) and a cell phone. Guess everyone is just getting greeting cards from us this year.
Why is my wife such a dummy when it comes to stuff like this? I mean, she can ace her Calculus and Genetics courses, but leaves her purse in an unlocked car in downtown Raleigh? I really need to create a "Perpetual rants about wife's stupidity" thread.
(Not sleeping in same bed with wife tonight, too angry)
P.S. Anyone see a wad of cash, a bright pink weaved purse, and a T-mobile phone lying around in some alley in downtown Raleigh then please PM me. 11/29/2007 12:04:08 AM

xvang sorry to hear you and your wife were victims of theft. The good news is that your wife has hopefully learned a valuable lesson, and that she will have locked cars and secured valuables from now on. 11/29/2007 12:08:09 AM

just make yourself believe that money is going to help with Christmas presents for a less fortunate family. 11/29/2007 12:09:06 AM

^^ I'd love to agree with you. Saddest part is that it will probably happen again. ![](images/frown.gif)
Only reason she was carrying it was because of last week's "Black Friday". Guess that's what she gets for keeping it in her purse for that long.

I almost never carry cash around anymore. The only time I ever do is if I know I'm going somewhere that doesn't take debit/credit and that's rare. This way I also don't feel bad when homeless people ask me for $$ and I say I don't have any cash on me.
And not locking your car downtown, that's just crazy.

i do not understand how people can leave their cars unlocked. even in their own driveway, it makes no sense. it's not like it's any trouble at all to lock it. 11/29/2007 12:25:16 AM

Indeed, if only there was a button that you could press that you could lock your door that was right there in plain view as you opened your car door. Wait, what am I saying, this is pure crazy talk! 11/29/2007 12:29:13 AM
