A menopausal woman, to be specific. My body temperature is alternating between extremely cold and painfully hot, even with no change in outside temperature or activity level. Sounds like fever/chills, except otherwise I feel perfectly healthy. Also, one minute I'm in a very good, optimistic mood, then change to being abysmally depressed or incredibly angry to the point of outward violence.
