I rode that for the first time when I went down to orlando for new years last year. While I may have enjoyed it when I was five years old it was easily the lamest ride I went on during my trip. 12/2/2007 4:02:40 PM

I rode the same thing out in Hollywood. It was fun, but it wasn't all that much. That Spiderman ride at Islands of Adventure puts it to shame. 12/2/2007 4:04:54 PM

I was living in Florida when they closed the ride. One local DJ broadcast live from the closing and rode the ride all day.
I guess that's what they call "little fanfare"

I guess to me, at least, it was more than a ride since bttf was such a big deal to me growing up in the 80s. having a bunch of siblings we watched those movies on VHS during summer breaks all the time 12/2/2007 4:08:33 PM

I was there in September and was really bummed out that it was gone. I missed by just a few months.
It's being replaced by the Simpsons ride, which will either be really awesome or completely suck ass.
