Seems like a weak attempt at another Mythbusters.

I've just watched a little bit but they just fired a 12 gauge indoors and no one was wearing ear protection. I'm not impressed.

Discovery, it was on their "2008 preview" last night.

They wanted to see if you could protect a building from a car bomb with a Rhino Liner. It worked a lot better than I expected.

They definitely need more Kari Byron and Mike Rowe. [no homo]

saw it as well, didnt have high hopes. When the previews consist of nothing but blowing random shit up with a premise of "safety" i knew they wouldnt have much content.


its just one of those shows where they have like 2 or 3 explosions and they try to extend those out to 30 mins

i watched the first 10 minutes

the only thing that kept me there that long was i was trying to figure out if the chick was hot or not

not nearly as charming and quirky as mythbusters

keep in mind its a brand new show. Mythbusters pretty much sucked balls the first couple of seasons, until they brought in all the "assistants" to put more into the episodes

Yeah, it worked well but it's hardly a new idea. I heard about them doing this in San Fransisco when I was in elementary school. I love how they play these ideas off as their own.

I can't stand the guy with curly hair and that shriveled beard/goatee thing, whatever you call it. He looks like a huge douchebag frat boy punk. Also the show is boring and a very lame attempt to copy mythbusters.

i'd be suprised if the show wasnt produced by the same team that puts out mythbusters, and yeah it's definitely missing something, but it's still interesting enough. the large-scale tests and high-speed footage are enough to keep me watching
