Rock Island Armory 1911s are cheap.
They may have some problems, but they will make it right quickly.

I'd say they're 95% of the quality of a Springfield but are only $380-420.

I got the 1911 Tactical, the same features as a Springfield Loaded, and paid $445 out the door.
I had a local pawn shop order it from me. Dealer cost is $380.

personal defence is a Springfield dealer and has good prices. Springfield makes good stuff and has good customer service if you need help.
