Curious as to what songs people listen to when they work out. I need to revamp the ipod playlist.

Only specific ones I can think of right now that are on my workout mp3 player.

I don't like paper tigers that much. There are lots of other thrice songs that would work that I didn't list though.

when you listen to that cd, paper tigers almost doesnt even fit...

identity crisis is a good one with that guitar riff, i dont really like to what end though.

the first half of illusion of safety is always a good selection to get pumped up

NPR's Marketplace.

I did listen to trance, but I listen to so much of it normally that I can't focus on it like I had intended.

Rush:
- Working Man
- Bastille Day
- Fly By Night (if you're running)
- Anthem (again, if you're running)

G&R
- All of Appetite for Destruction . . . Rocket Queen does it for me for some reason
- Aint it Fun

A lot of 80's stuff too. I need a switch between grinding it out and something more up-beat so:
Billy Idol - Dancing With Myself (no homo)
Europe - The Final Countdown
Twisted Sister - We're Not Gonna Take it
Quiet Riot - Cum On Feel The Noize

AC/DC - Anything

Just a few off the top of my head.

Daft Punk - Discovery

It's got a nice BPM, and just keeps going, pretty much, until 'Something About Us'

Also, LCD Soundsystem
