alright, still looking for someone, apparently, the only thing he was wanting to get across was that the roommates are black. pigmentation of skin for a subleaser is completely optional.
really, it's a nice place, as odd as U oaks and nice sound. there's a view with a bunch of trees and you get a free couch. the carpets are clean and so is the kitchen.
