Mike Nifong Files for Bankruptcy

Nifong lists his assets to include his house, car and personal belongings, valued to be at $243,898. North Carolina Attorney General Roy Cooper dismissed the case against David Evans, Collin Finnerty and Reade Seligmann last year, declaring them innocent of all charges. The North Carolina State Bar also disbarred the embattled prosecutor, and a judge found him in contempt of court for statements he made in court about the case and sentenced him to a day in jail. Hah he is getting in ahead of the curve for that huge judgment that is gonna be levied against him. Just another big screw you from Mike Nifong to the general public. He is just making sure when he loses that civil case they can't ever get any money out of him.

All the more reason why he should be suffering criminal penalties not just civil.
