that's straight up awesome..... never seen a backflip live, but I had teammate on my HS wrestling team who was quite adept at the Granby move. It's not quite as spectacular as a backflip, but it is a really cool move. At it's most basic level, you kind of do a sideways flip and roll across your shoulders, but if you're good at it you can do a "super granby" which is basically a sideways flip while standing when the other guy is holding you from behind. if you're good, you should end up behind him. it's very risky though, because you expose your back/shoulders to the mat, so if you don't have enough momentum the other guy will catch you inthe middle and pin you. here's some examples http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wsYbWmljqzo
