I gift it. I've sold one piece, and that was to the university for $65, IIRC.
^hence my recent committment to just spend 30minutes a day on something creative, be it straight photography, photoshop, or illustrator

Depends on the picture. For most of the ones taken with my nikon, the resolution is 3008x2000; for pictures taken with my canon, 2112x2816.

The largest I've ever printed was a 16x20, but that was from film. I've never done anything larger than a 5x7, so I'm not really too familiar with all that

kinkos will print large photos, and I think they'll print it on canvas too but it's kind of expensive.

I've also heard that Staples or Office Max does too, but I don't know about quality.
