wow...so she was waiting on coffee and fries and they told her to pull up and they'd bring it out to her...she refuses and eventually gets arrested...my question is, did the police show up before the coffee and fries were ready? i figure if the coffee and fries were ready before the cops came, she wouldve gotten it and left...how long does this damn mcdonalds take to make coffee and fries?
also one time i was in one of the same type scenarios...i think whatever restaurant was waiting on fries and multiple cars had ordered fries...well the first person pulls up when they are told...i am also told to pull up so i pull up behind the first car...i guess the car behind me doesnt have fries cause they get their order and want to leave, but i'm blocking them, because the car in front of me is blocking me...nobody called the cops though cause that wouldve been retarded and unnecessary 1/22/2008 4:47:45 PM |

apparently she did pull her car forward to the "wait here spot" but didn't pull far enough forward so the cop who was behind her could get out. he blew his horn and waved his arms at her but she didn't know what he was getting at since there wasn't anyone behind him preventing him from backing up. when she didn't pull forward fast enough, he got out and arrested her for disorderly conduct. g105 interviewed her over the phone. you can listen to it here: http://www.bobandtheshowgram.com/cc-common/feeds/view.php?feed_id=392&feed=/feed-local.html&instance=1&article_id=86413 1/22/2008 4:56:07 PM |

According to that interview with G105, she said she did pull forward. I don't see what she did wrong. She actually loves McDonalds. Typical of how tdub and the media distort the truth. 1/22/2008 6:42:02 PM |

^Yeah, I know you're trolling but cops will do strange things to boost their egos.
I once got issued a "warning" for doing 57 in a 55. I still don't know why the cop even wasted his time pulling me. 1/23/2008 8:48:42 AM |

I can't remember if I saw it in a video on here or on TV, but one cop went through a drive through and gave the cashier a $10 bill, but he insisted it was a $20, so he came in, jumped over the counter and arrested her. Then they looked at the video and found out it was really a $10, so she won something like $20K in a lawsuit. 1/23/2008 9:31:54 AM |

I don't know about arrested, maybe just cited and released, but I see no problem with this.
I really don't give a crap about your service at a restaurant or any other retail outlet, it gives you no right to limit MY service. You have the right to complain and talk to a manager, etc., but you have no right to keep me from getting served. If we were standing inside, you wouldn't stand in front of the register and wait for them to hand you your food before anyone else, you wait over to the side, even if someone else gets their food before you (and you ordered first).
Bob is a moron for his attitude about "not pulling up". There are appropriate ways to handle your customer service problems without disrupting the service of other customers. 1/23/2008 12:04:37 PM |

if you don't give a crap about my service then why should i care about yours? i was in line first. i need to be served first. it's not my fault the restaurant is lacking on their "fast food" skills. bob is right on. he doesn't get angry about it. he tells them to either give him his food or his money back. they have a choice to either provide the service they promise or lose business.1/23/2008 3:27:27 PM |

Old people and fast food restaurants just don't mix. They're always so easily confused by the menu and take forever to order when it's their turn. Or they bitch about how expensive everything is, forgetting that the days of 30-cent hamburgers have been gone for decades. 1/23/2008 5:01:25 PM |

So lemme get this straight. This "not pulling forward" thing is in regards to when there are 2 windows operating (taking money and giving food). The rear gets his food first and wants the front car to move forward so he can get out sooner. No wonder I've never experienced it; it sounds like a peak hours kind of thing.
I don't think I would have known why someone would honk at me in a drive-thru if I was the front car
