so i've decided i'll just move in with my bf and sublease my apt. until i have more $$.

- 1 bed / 1 bath (second floor apt)
- walk-in closet
-outdoor covered deck w/ outdoor closet
- no towing policy, parking guaranteed

- washer & dryer
-dishwasher
-fridge
-microwave

-kitchen table & chairs
-desk
-6 drawer dresser
-nightstand
-queen size bed
-matching sofa & chair

asking $460/mo. No utilities included, you won't need to start up service -- you can use mine but must pay bills. And I don't pay for internet because someone in my building didn't encrypt their wireless so i just use that.

PM if interested.

well i'd guess your bf has power set up so you wouldnt have to pay that....i wouldnt put a liability out like that....what if you get someone you think is trustworthy but they stiff you on it? thats your credit... or what if yall are cool but then have an argument and something happens...just too much risk....2k in credit card debt isnt that bad imo...why dont you get a school loan(lower interest rates) and pay off the credit cards and throw them away.....plus i thought you had like 7 jobs

anyways, i need to stop posting here...i hope i dont discourage people from asking you about it...you live at an awesome apt complex

Location? Lease length? How much are utilities usually?

If I was you I would just figure what the utilities usually are and tack that on the rent. Otherwise you probably gonna get stuck paying the utility bills at some point.

^^Off Crest Rd. and Avent Ferry near Varsity Dr./Centennial Campus.

On 2 wolfline routes: Avent Ferry and Greek Court (buses pass the complex every 15 mins usually).

Lease til mid-May. If you're serious, pm me and I'll find out exact date.

Water is billed bi-monthy and I've never paid more than $20. Elect varies but even in winter with the heat on It's been around $40/mo.
