TWWers,

I humbly poll your expertise: who has the best deal right now as far as technology and cost goes with cell phone carriers? I have no contract and am ready to sign for about a year.

If you want service anywhere besides huge metropolitan areas, then you'll have to pony up for Verizon service.

get an unlocked phone and get straight talk or other similar service.

i have t-mobile's $30 plan: unlimited high speed data, unlimited messages, 100 minutes of talk time ($0.10/min after that)

get the nexus 5, you will love it.

Sprint's coverage sucks. Consider yourself warned.

I have a LG G3, which is nice, but I think I would like a Galaxy S5 better.

If you are a frugal bastard, I have heard good things about Republic Wireless.

If you want the best coverage and can spend a little more each month, Verizon is top notch, hands down.

I'm a frugal bastard when it comes to cell phones, I use h20wireless; I refill my phone 10 dollars at a time every 2-3 months or so (yep thats it, phone wasn't even that expensive that I have) but I don't use my phone a lot

How do you people have plans with only 100 or 200 minutes per month? That doesn't seem like very many minutes.

Well, I don't talk much. I actually think I have way more than that, but I don't ever go over 100.
