I need to find someone to sub-let or do a lease take-over for 4 summer months. I can move out between May 6th-May 19th and my lease runs until mid-August. I live at Campus Crossings (formerly known as University House) on Tyron Road. It is a 2 Bedroom/2 Bath apartment and I pay around $530 for rent + utilities. I have a good roommate who is in the Navy and is usually not there for most of the summer months because he on Navy cruises.

Campus Crossings is pet friendly. They have a pool, exercise room, and a game room (it is kind of pityful though). You probably would be able to extend a lease into the next school year also if you decide to do this soon.
