If you like to work with children, like being outdoors, and you are a Christian there is a summer camp in Arden, NC (right outside of Asheville) that is in desperate need of more male counselors.

I worked there this past summer and it is am amazing experience, I was also a camper for 7 years at this camp. It's called Lutheridge. Anyway, if you're interested just PM your first and last name me and I'll give you the link for the online application.

If you are female and you are interested you can still apply, but we are mostly in need of male counselors. There are about 34 positions open.

But really y'all this is an amazing place to work and working there for just one summer is an amazing experience. Even if you are questioning your faith a summer there will just open you up to so many different people and stories and you'll learn so much about who you are as a person as well.


Also, this is a Lutheran camp, but you DO NOT have to be a Lutheran to work there. The only qualifications you must have is that you like to work with children, you like to be outside in the mountians for long periods of time and you have to be a Christian. You won't feel out of place if you aren't a Lutheran, last summer there were several denominations on staff, even Baptists! Everyone is welcome there.
