What kind of cat? He might go great in my predator tank with my bicher and Rafal cat. He's big enough to not be bothered by the others

channel catfish? if yes, just release it in lake johnson. If it's something else, I can give it a home.

Not sure on the type of catfish it is. Let me email the guy I got it from and do some google research. If neither of those give me a species or whatever, I'll take pics tonite. Thanks for the interest.

UPDATE: The owner isn't sure what type of catfish it is, and from the pictures I saw online, it doesn't look like a channel catfish.

if it has black dots on whitish body, it's probably a channel cat.

I was thinking it was a medium gray in color with lighter spots (maybe brownish or something). I drew a little sketch of it's overall body shape, haha.

Don't think that's a channel cat. Do they have a long fin on the underside of their belly near the tail, with a smaller, shorter fin directly in front of the long one?

it looks more like the algae eating type.

^ I had a couple of those guys when I was a kid.. One went missing and I thought he was just hiding amongst the rocks and stuff... Found just the end of his tail in the pipe that fed water to my water fall/filter... He had gotten sucked up and the fan that sucks the water up into the pipe had chopped him up

He would be great for my tank. I don't really have any money but I'm happy to pick him up if nobody else wants him.
