the room is 20x12 and it shares a bathroom(2 sinks) with the other upstairs bedroom. 3 other roomates most likely only 1 is sticking around for the summer and he is in the other upstais bedroom. They are 22, 22, and 21. The driveway is kinda steep but we can fit 3 cars and also have 3 parking passes for the street and since i have one of them so would you. Utilities run about 90$ thats cabele, gas, water, and electric (so everything) the electric will most likely go up during the summer but im not exactly sure how much. I don't have pictures yet (maybe this weekend) but if you want to stop by and check it out feel free. The rent is $450 but i'd be willing to bargain. Overall its a clean house that fairly new and lots of space.
