i try to only drink in cash... that way i don't end up with high bills from buying to many people drinks and there is no paper trail.

i mean seriously, i just pulled my card out to pay for something online. i'm seriously gonna run them through the water when i go to the bathroom. sticky cards ftl

when I pay for drinks with cash I always wind up tipping for every drink; whereas when I pay with a card I give a tip at the end of the night

all the bartenders know me, and know that i'm not going to dick them

i have a really bad habit of going to the bar with all intentions of paying with cash....

then i open a tab on my card....get completely smashed....pay the tab on my card (and immediately forget that i've done this)....then I'll leave cash on the table to cover the tab thinking I haven't paid it yet...


there are several bartenders and waitresses in the raleigh area that get excited when they see me come in

I try to get cash out at night when barring. I never carry cash otherwise. Plus, at bars I drink more beer so its always nice just to be able to hand 3 or 4 bucks to the beertub girl instead of wading thru lines of tools at the bar.
