this will insert the current song playing on TWWradio between the TWW logo and either the chatterbox or the banner ad. it will update automatically without having to refresh the page.

it does not remove anything, it merely takes advantage of the whitespace between the two.

works for both premies and non-premies.

it should only be a problem if you're running at a resolution of 1024x768 or below (which you shouldn't be doing anyway since it sucks)

this mod makes the page "wider" by 300 pixels. the narrowest the page can be is 1073 pixels with this mod in place, as opposed to 773 pixels without.

the problem where it messed up the thread preview frame on the Reply To Topc page has been fixed

if you already installed it, go to tools > greasemonkey > manage user scripts and uninstall it

then reinstall it using the link in the first post.


if anyone else runs in to any other problems, let me know.

if you guys bothered to install grease monkey, you may also want to check out some scripts i wrote to do things such as:

insertAtCursor - puts smileys, quotes, etc. where your cursor is.

shortenLongLinks - if someone posts a super long link, it limits the text displayed to 80 characters and then adds an ellipsis. ideally this prevents horizontal scrolling.

scaleImages - when OPIIE posts super huge photos of fancy cars, this script also prevents horizontal scrolling. it does not do a fantastic job (ridgidness), but you can still view the image if you want.

uniLink - automatically converts links to tww pages to /message_topic.aspx... instead of

http://thewolfweb.com/message_topic.aspx.

I'm running 1024x768 on my laptop and it's working fine.


ha, with adblock on it displays perfectly but when I turn it off, there's the big ass white block running down the right side. So use adblock.
