The house is off of Linberry down trailwood in the trailwoodsprings neighborhood. The room is 20x12 and it shares a bathroom(2 sinks) with the other upstairs bedroom. There are 4 bedrooms 3 full baths, living room, study, and kitchen. There are 3 other roomates most likely only 1 is sticking around for the summer and he is in the other upstais bedroom. Their ages are 22, 22, and 21. We can fit 3 cars in the driveway and also have 3 parking passes for the street and since i have one of them so would you. Utilities run about 90$ thats cabele, gas, water, and electric (so everything) the electric will most likely go up some during the summer but im not exactly sure how much. I don't have pictures yet but I will this weekend but if you want to stop by and check it out feel free. The rent is $450 and I'm askin $400 but after you look at it and see what you think if you think thats too much I might be able to go lower. Overall its a clean house that fairly new and lots of space.
The lease runs until the end of July it would probably be easy to work out a deal with the landlord if you wanted to stay longer. We have dvr and wireless internet already hooked up and the guy who will be staying through the summer owns all that and a nice tv.  3/2/2008 4:59:18 PM
