A friend of mine lost her car keys and she doesn't have a spare. It's a Honda Accord, not sure exactly what year, sometime between 93-97. I don't think it has the RFID chip in the key, but I'm not sure. Can the dealership make her a key based on the cars specs (VIN, etc.)? Will she have to have it towed there?

VIN + title or registration + drivers license = new key for you, fred anderson gave me a key for free once even

yep my ex locked my keys in the car and i had to drive out to a dealership and get a new one cut.
