I am a 23 yr old grad looking for a preferrably female roommate to live in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment at the Summit at Avent Ferry. Move in on May 1. I have a ~60lb female labradoodle who loves anyone and everyone and dosn't have a mean bone in her body. She does well when someone is around but when apartment is empty she needs to go back to her crate. I have a washer and dryer only 1.5 years old, and furniture. Roomate only needs what they want in their room. I'm looking for someone who is as laid back as I am, but respects personal belongings and space. The Summit is a beautiful spacious place located within walking distance to Lake Johnson and very close to Food Lion on Avent Ferry, which has free parking and on wolfline.

I was looking for a female roommate, but I have a better job now and can afford to live alone again. so I won't be needing a roomie. Thanks anyways
