well, for some reason my roommate signed a lease which ends at the end of this month (just found out) and he is moving out at the end of the month, leaving us with the option to resign a new lease with them, but we would need to find a roommate asap to fill his spot. It is a 3br 2.5 bath house in trailwood hills, which is off of lineberry for those unfamiliar with the neighborhood. It's a nice neighborhood and a nice house, and rent (with water, gas, electricity, internet, hd cable, etc...) is usually b/w 550-600
