Hey, I'm looking for a 2+BR 2+BA House/Apartment/Townhome in the Crabtree/Edwards Mill Rd Area of Raleigh, just north of the 440 Beltline. I really like this spot of town, so I don't want to venture too far out from this location. Anyways, if anybody has something available come Mid-May lemme know. Max Rent i'll pay is $1000, and I'll need appliances too (fridge, oven/stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal). W/D preferred too, if possible.

yeah i've checked craigslist a bunch, driven around the area, did a google search thing, I'm just posting this to spread the word out a bit more, never know


how do I check the MLS, don't I need a realtor for that?

i think you can go to some of the big realty websites (re/Max etc) and do searches there. theres are TONS of nice hourse on the MLS websites

eh, its too hard to sift through all the places that I don't want to live in through remax. They don't narrow beyond 'raleigh'

alright, still looking around. I've checked w/Barker Realty and Wilson Property Management, Did yahoo search and scoured craigslist.
