so...i have a yamaha vino. and it's cute & i love it but it hasn't been running like it used to.

it used to be able to reach 40mph no problem; now it's having trouble reaching 30.

can anyone help?

The scoot is all torn down as we speak going to try running a CR125 head on it. Or i am going to have to boar out the Airsol head. and run some diff rollers and springs in it.

Started out as a Kymco super 9 LC. The only thing that is Kymco is the chassis now tho.0 and the seat
