I want to take BUS(now MIE) 305 next semester and was wondering if anybody knew anything about Gilliam, C or Schanz, S

take it with schanz for sure

wonderful professor and great guy in general

very plainly covers material and doesnt try tricking you on assignments, tests

Schanz. Very nice and entertaining teacher. He's actually interesting to listen to. I don't know who the other one is.

Definitely take Schanz. The tests can have some of those annoying "pick the best answer out of these four answers that are almost the exact same" questions, but all around aren't too bad.

He incorporates a lot of real life experiences in the teaching and is just really engaging. I give him a 9/10.

No Gilliam. Whatever you do, stay away from him. I'm not kidding, he's probably the worst teacher I had in COM
