I'm currently living in University Oaks, located behind Wendy's off of Western, and am going home for the summer. I need someone to take my place in the apartment until the lease is up at the end of July. Seeing as I will be here a few days into May, I will have already paid Mays rent, meaning that it would only be necessary to pay 2 of the 3 months rent. The rent is cheap for as close to campus as it is- $305 + 1/4 utilities. Each bedroom in the apartment has its own bathroom. The apartment itself is well kept up and the other guys that currently live here are very easy to get along with. Currently, I do not have any pictures, but am looking for a camera to post some.
