I need a massage ASAP, i want to leave for Boone on friday though

does anyone know of a good reputable place that can fit in walk ins

it should be a place that actually specializes in massage therapy and has some medical expertise, not somebody in the back of the salon who knows how to give a back rub

i know for a fact that massage envy pays their employees really crappy

im more looking for like a physical therapy/chiropractor place that also offers massage

I used to get fixed here whenever I really messed up my back, but it doesn't look like they still offer massage. Still might be worth a call to get a recommendation though.

Foam rollers or tennis balls/raquet balls wrapped in a towel are a damn good substitute for a message

ok, but for future reference....


I do this atleast every other night w/ heavy stretching. It had me crying at first, but it's done wonders for me.

I do agree, though, a good massage is alway good (, and expensive...)
