There are currently 2 people living in a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom apartment. One room is not quite fixed up so I'm keeping it for my self and there is a room ready for rent with a window leading to the outside porch.

Washer and Dryer
Futon and 27 inch TV and DVD player in Living Room
Basic cable and 8mbps RoadRunner internet

NO LEASE, NO CREDIT CHECK, NO SECURITY DEPOSIT

All I ask is that you stay somewhat quiet (meaning not many parties) because both of the other guys work early mornings.

RENT IS ONLY 250 A MONTH including all utilities and Time Warner
RENT MUST BE PAYED WITH CASH BEGINNING EACH MONTH OR A CHECK WHICH BETTER NOT BOUNCE BECAUSE I WILL CASH IT ASAP

This deal may seem too good to be true but know that I can always call the proper authorities if rent is not payed. I haven't had any trouble with it yet and if I do I'll even help you move out.

Two guys are living there now both of which drink alcohol and smoke cigarettes but know how to keep the noise down and are good people.

Do the right thing and sublease through your landlord...you are responsible for rent. I see this turning into a big mess...but that's me.

I am the landlord and I'm only trying to fill the rooms until around August when the rates will go back to normal and tenants (sp?) will be found by other means. I am merely trying to fill the room and I haven't had any trouble with rent considering how low it is for what is being offered.

Would you allow couples to move in? Maybe 300 for one bedroom since im sure 2 people living in one room would make the cost of utilities go up.
