I was wondering why Riekemmichael@aol.com was trying to sell a 2000 GS-R for $2900.....

Guess if he responds, he will be asking me to send him a money order, or cash his?

i personally know a few friends who do that shit for fun. i guess its different when you dont have to work a real job all day to pay the bills.

i join in sometimes, making ads for 'niche' vehicles that fit the stereotypes of the stupid ads you all have run across before. you should try it- as craigslist grows it could become a valuable tool. you could even in theory adjust the local market value of a vehicle via the asking price and quality of vehicles in craigslist ads.

I thought about doing this when I sold my chevelle, but I'm not a complete fucking dick.

I flag about a dozen scam posts every day. They're easy to spot if you've seen enough ads. Whole damn site is overrun with them.

Even worse are the people that post fake "free" ads or ads for things they don't own and then wait for people to go try and steal someone's stuff.
